Ordering and Payment for Original Artworks

Once your order has been received you will be sent a PayPal invoice. Payment must be made within 48 hours on reciept of invoice or the item will be relisted for sale. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact me so that I know to hold the item for you until your cheque has cleared.

Payments can be made through Paypal or by cheque. Payments will appear on the Paypal checkout as M & E Hillson.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal using a credit/debit card.

No items are shipped until payment has cleared.

Shipping

Within the UK all Original Artworks are shipped Royal Mail “Special Delivery".

To Europe: All items shipped to Europe is by Royal Mail “International Signed For”

To the USA: All items shipped to the USA are sent via Royal Mail “International Signed For”

To the Rest of the World: Please contact me before ordering for postage details.

I am happy to ship internationally but I will not be held responsible for excess duties or import taxes or associated delays incurred by customers at the point of entry into countries where these duties may apply.

All orders for items that are available from stock are shipped within 3-5 days of cleared payment with the majority of orders being shipped within 1 working day.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

If you wish to return, exchange or refund an item, please contact the me as soon as possible.

You may cancel your order at any time after you have placed it up to and including 7 days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must cancel your order in writing. Goods excluded from the 7 day cancellation policy are those prepared or altered according to customer specification or made to order. Commissioned artwork cannot be returned.

Goods must be returned within 10 days of the date of cancellation using an insured shipping option.

Please obtain proof of posting and insurance as I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return. All goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in mint condition.

In the case of returned orders all undamaged, unused, and correctly returned products will be refunded within 30 days of the date of receipt of the returned goods. This is excludes the cost of post and packing. Exchanges are possible if the item is available.
